Mapei MAPESIL AC Anti-Mould Sealant
Mapesil AC is a single-component, acetic-curing, solvent-free high-elasticity silicone sealant for construction, manufacturing, marine and automotive applications. Excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics and anodised aluminium, forming a tough yet highly elastic seal accommodating up to ±25% movement (compliant with EN 15651).

Applications
- Sealing joints in ceramic, cement walls and floors (non-heavy wear areas)
- Joints between basins or sanitary ware and tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and showers
- Swimming pool expansion joints, glass block assembly, stained glass windows
- Door/window frames, portholes, ducts, pipes, water tanks, boilers
- Joints under high chemical or thermal stress and between materials of different thermal expansion
