Optimix FS192 Floor Screed (Lightweight) is a high-quality premixed material composed of quality cement, lightweight fillers and polymer additives — simply add water and use, replacing traditional mortar. Complies with relevant Hong Kong building regulations, suitable for thickening floor slabs and laying solid floors.

Applications
- Levelling uneven floors to provide a lightweight insulating screed, application thickness 25–150 mm
- Raising and thickening floors where structure permits, embedding water pipes and cable trays
- Interior floor works; surface can be covered with tiles, flooring and other finishes
